Q: Do the Nintendo Switch Thumb Grips work for The Pro Controller, Xbox One or Playstation 4?
A: The Thumb Grips work best with Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite and may be used on other Joysticks.
Q: Do you have more types of Thumb Stick Grip?
A: Maybe In the near future! Thumb Stick Grips are updated all the time!
Q: How Do Amiibos Work?
A: Super Smash Amiibo:
1. Go to "Games and More" from the main menu
2. Select "Amiibo"
3. When instructed, hold the Amiibo above the NFC touchpoint on your controller. This is the right control stick if using Joy-Cons, or the Nintendo Switch logo if using a Pro Controller.
4. Follow the instructions to register and customize your figure player
5. The figure player will level up as you keep playing with them!
These Amiibos will make figure players appear in your game or give you in-game gifts in other games such as The Legend of Zelda Breath of The Wild!
Figure Players learn new abilities and tactics as they fight.

Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?
A: Depending on demand/supply, most orders are dispatched between 1-2 business days. If there's a preorder or backorder, it'll be mentioned on the listing. In which case, orders won't be dispatched until 1-2 days after the preorder/backorder date.
Delivery takes 2-6 days for standard shipping or 1-4 days with express shipping. If for some reason you haven't received your order within 2 weeks, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee.
Q: I Entered The Wrong Address
A: If the address was entered wrong and your order hasn't shipped, contact us immediately so we can correct it! Once the order has been shipped, we're unable to do anything but USPS does offer redirects. You'll have to contact them yourself. If USPS is unable to help and the package gets sent back, we can re-ship to the correct address for an additional shipping fee. Please double check all addresses before confirming at checkout.
Q: I Don't Like My Order, Can I Return It?
A: If for whatever reason you're not satisfied with your order, we'll be more than happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that item must be returned in original condition and shipping will be deducted from overall total.
Q: I Think My Order Went Missing, Can You Help?
A: If tracking hasn't updated in several days or was marked delivered but you didn't actually get it, you'll have to file a missing claim report with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Sometimes USPS pre-marks the package as delivered so please wait an additional 2 days before making a report.
We are not an affiliate of USPS and can't help past dispatch.
Q: I can't find the replacement for the item I purchased
A: Occasionally we'll phase out certain items. If an item is out of stock, we only restock if there's high demand. Some items will be on backorder/pre-order and will be shipped once in stock.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: While we'll do our best to get your order to you in time, various factors come into play especially during holidays. Shipping can sometimes be unpredictable but on average, you should expect to receive your package within 6 business days if you're located in the United States. Please plan accordingly if you're purchasing a gift!
Q: How do I track my order!
A: After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number. You can track through USPS

Q: Do You Ship Internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! All international orders are shipped through USPS and come with tracking. Shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks.
